• Barrels deep boring up to 3000 mm. length, 200 mm diameter with  special alloys by using nitriding heat treatment up to 70 HRC.

• Screws production is up to 4500 mm.length, 250 mm diameter with special alloys by using nitriding heat treatment up to 60 HRC.

• Axial and vertical gear production is up to 800 mm diameter, 300 mm. thickness and 10 mm. module, also producing other types of gears by Hopping machine.

• Manufacturing all types of gear boxes up to 200 HP capacity.

• Manufacturing rotary and stationary cutting knives up to 450 mm length for crushers with special alloys and hard chrome up to 52 HRC.

• Horizontal boring with the following dimensions :-
  length 1000 mm, width 800 mm, height 800 mm.

• All lathing oprations up to 4500 mm. length, 1600 mm diameter.

• Special steel nitriding up to 3750 mm. length and 800 mm. diameter.

• Hard chrome plating.

• Manufacturing various heaters.

• Mechanical and electrical maintenance required for the machinery. Any installation and renewal operations for the operating departments in the factories.
